A: Yes, you’ll provide your logo, photos, contact details, and main text using our easy client intake form after signup. If you don't have high-quality photos, we can design things to match your business for a small flat fee.
Q: Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
A: No. What you see on our pricing table is what you pay. There are no hidden setup fees, surprise maintenance charges, or long-term lock-in contracts.
Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
A: Absolutely. You can switch between Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans at any time as your business needs grow or change.
Q: How do monthly payments work?
A: Your payment is automatically billed on a recurring monthly basis through our secure payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal). You can manage or cancel your plan whenever you choose.
Q: Can I accept credit card payments on my new website?
A: Yes! Payment link integration (via Stripe or PayPal) for accepting credit cards and auto-generating customer receipts is included in our Gold Plan.
Q: What if I need to update text or photos on my site after it’s live?
A: If you are on the Gold Plan, all ongoing site updates, text changes, and image swaps are included for free. For Bronze and Silver plans, minor updates can be requested for a small flat fee.

A: Yes! Domain setup is included with every plan (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). If you already own a domain, we will connect it to your new site for free. If you don't have one yet, we’ll guide you through registering your ideal domain name during onboarding.

A: We continuously monitor all site builds to ensure high reliability. If a button, form, or page encounters an issue, simply send us a quick message and we will resolve it right away.
